Skin Loft was my second place I’ve been for Botox since moving here to the atea almost two years ago. I definitely won’t be going anywhere else. Not only was Billie kind and nice to talk to, she did a great job with my Botox treatment.

I’ve been to several different providers over the years and I have to say that Billie, Alyssa, and the girls at skin loft are wonderful. They have the knowledge and employ it exceptionally! I am completely satisfied with my results! I received Botox and some skincare to improve texture. I also have rosacea and extremely sensitive skin.

It’s always a pleasure visiting Billie. She as well as the staff make me feel so welcome. I went in feeling like a regular client but come out feeling like a friend/family.

I have been going to the Skin Loft for over five years and continue to go back for the friendly customer service and attention to detail! Billie is so skilled and talented. She has such a gift in complimenting and enhancing your natural beauty. If you are looking to get a facial, Erica is amazing! From facials, peels, lashes, Botox, lip filler, etc. I have never been disappointed with the outcome or experience.

My experience there has been and is incredible and greatly appreciated. Billie is an expert professional, personable and kind. And Keri at the front desk is also very helpful and friendly. Thank you ladies!!

I recently visited Skin Loft and was (as always) incredibly impressed with the top notch customer service and the owner, Billie. She’s the true definition of class. I went in thinking I needed some fillers, but without hesitation, she told me I didn’t need them. Her honesty and genuine care for her clients are rare and refreshing. I respect and trust her opinion completely. If you’re looking for some pampering, TLC, or even a heartfelt conversation, I highly recommend visiting them. Billie and her team will make you feel truly special. This isn’t my first visit (she’s done my injections/facials/recommends skin care routines) and it certainly won’t be my last.

I can't say enough about The Skin Loft! I went in there to treat myself to Botox after several years of not doing it. I went in and wanted everything. Billie took the time to sit with me and told me "Let's start here" instead of jumping all in and we did and I could not be happier. Everyone is so kind and the spa is so relaxing. To feel such comfort when you are doing things like this is huge for me. I can't wait to go back.

This place is a gem in Lafayette. They make you feel so welcome and comfortable. The staff is so sweet and welcoming. I will be back for sure!

Outstanding customer service and care. Kerri (office Mgr) and Billie (injector/owner) are both so friendly and caring! They both treat guest exceptionally well, not to mention very knowledgeable with all skincare lines they offer. Billie is a true gem to me. I contacted The Skin Loft in panic mode concerning my lip filler results from a previous place of business. I scheduled an appointment for a consult and then dissolved the lip filller. Fast forward a couple weeks and i'm beyond satisfied with the outcome of my lip filler results. 🤍

Billie is phenomenal! Her professionalism and skills go beyond any other local spa. I had a bad reaction to a product, Billie called me every day to check on me and to make sure I was healing properly. Billie is definitely my go-to girl!

Billie has done my lips and Botox for a year now. She follows my wishes and makes it very painless. Her office is clean and very peaceful creating a calm environment. She’s a pro at lips. Just go see her photos. She’s amazing.

First off, the spa is BEAUTIFUL, everything is perfectly decorated, super clean, relaxing music plays throughout, it smells wonderful, and the girls are SO nice. Billie is truly amazing at what she does, and you can just tell she genuinely cares. I would recommend her a thousand times, The Skin Loft is literally just the best!

The absolute best spa around! Call Billie for any and all of your needs, she is the best at what she does and takes pride in every patient!

Had a wonderful experience with both Billie and Erica. It was a much needed day for this Mama, and they were excellent in their craft and making this girl feel like a million bucks. Can’t wait to go back! The secretary is precious as well and extremely helpful, always.

This is my place...I go see Billie 2 maybe 3 times a year and it's always the most. The most comfortable, the most relaxing and the most reliable no matter what services I choose. I will forever choose Billie...especially for my lips, she is the best!

There is so so much I can say about this place! I recommend The Skin Loft Med Spa to anyone I love and would want treated like a Queen or King! Billie knows her stuff people! You can trust her with your face without worrying that you will be botched! I have personally had Billie perform Juvederm, Botox, Dysport, Kybella and micro needling She is very educated in her field and always checks up on you personally to make sure you are healing correctly. Erica was the hands of an angel! I have had several facials with derma-planing and light therapy. You will walk out of her room very relaxed and your face will feel and look amazing! I have also had a lash lift and tint and would recommend Erica for this service! I love my lashes!!! Erica has also performed face and back facial for my son during the peak of his acne stage of life. Getting a teenage boy to even have a service done was a task, but he loved it! We may have created a monster!! Lol!
