Carrie Pleasants Hebert
Clinical Aesthetician & Waxing Specialist
Carrie’s dream from a very early age, was to be in the beauty industry. Her mom and Aunt were her role models who shared their love of the art of making others feel their best as hairstylists. In her childhood, she loved playing with makeup and skincare and the passion that was sparked has always guided her.
After years of being in the restaurant industry, she finally knew it was her time to do what she loves. Her journey began at the Aveda Institute in 2004 and she has been in the aesthetic industry for 14 amazing years now. She was inspired to help others nurture their own love of beauty through volunteering with the American Heart Association Look Good, Feel Better Program and spending time with students at the Aveda Institute teaching advanced body waxing techniques and processes.
Carrie likes to spend free time in the company of friends and family. Traveling and live music inspire and rejuvenate her like nothing else. Her favorite vacations involve sand, surf, a comfortable chair under an umbrella, and her favorite people. On top of her love of making people feel their best, her favorite part of her profession is meeting new people and making lasting relationships.
“She always wears black but she has the most colorful mind.”
